Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

All course purchases are for digital access. Once access is activated, refunds are usually not applicable except where required by law or approved for a valid technical issue.

  • Refund / Return / Replacement details: Only duplicate payments, failed activation, or service issues verified by support are eligible for review.
  • Applicable timelines / TAT: Requests should be raised as soon as possible, and approved refunds follow gateway/bank processing timelines.
  • Refund mode: Refunds, when approved, are processed back to the original payment method or gateway route used for the order.
  • Cancellation timelines and process: Cancellation requests should be raised before course activation or within the support-reviewed window if the issue is technical.
  • Channels for cancellation requests: WhatsApp, email, support contact form, or admin-help desk can be used for cancellation requests.
  • Replacement: For digital services, replacement means restoring access or reissuing the course access instead of physical replacement.

This policy is governed by Indian jurisdiction and may be updated when business, gateway, or legal requirements change.
