Product / Service Purchase Flow

  1. Select a course from the catalogue.
  2. Choose monthly or yearly pricing.
  3. Create a payment request and send it to Paytm or manual approval flow.
  4. Verify the payment and activate course access till the selected expiry date.
  5. For failed or pending payments, contact support with the order ID.

Callback URL: Add in settings

For live Paytm connect, fill merchant ID, key, website, channel ID, and callback URL from Admin → Settings.

Recommended Paytm setup fields

  • Merchant ID and Merchant Key
  • Industry type and website
  • Channel ID and callback URL
  • Sandbox / live mode toggle

These values are stored in admin settings so checkout can be connected later without changing the page design.
